CodeFicar is a Brazil-based non-profit organization that exposes technology and arts to underserved communities, promoting a recreation of the educational system, where mental heal this at the core of the education path to overcome traumas that could generate barriers along the way. Our goal is to inspire change in underserved communities by connecting effective education, inclusive technology, and mental health care in the pillar of developing innovative leaders.

Our organization model is developed from the understanding that there is a need to promote young people from outlying cities the right to choose a different path from poverty, crime, and manufacturing work. The main "why" is to present these communities considered invisible with the chance to reinvent the future, learn about technologies, and appreciate the local art culture.

Our vision is to use technology and art to change the world and revolutionize self-esteem in underserved communities. And for that happen, we literally need you.

​Our pillars of strength are mental health, technology, and the arts. Here's how CodeFicar works: We bring a Tech Industry Program to teach you how to develop these skills, build a career, and reinvent the future you want - I'll tell you, technology connects and runs the world, and if you learn to use it to your advantage, it means the world can work for you. Still, we want you to succeed, so aligned with the Program, we offer counseling to guide you on this road. Your psychosocial support is made by people who know your reality. Last but not least, when we are together, we will bring art - as well as stories from around the world aligned with yours, the art that your community produces, revolutionizing, telling and adding other even greater forces worldwide.
